Inherent intelligence
A cell heals. A forest regenerates. A team, given the right conditions, self-organizes toward its purpose. Living systems are not machines to be fixed, they are intelligences to be understood.
Conditions over force
Force produces compliance and collapse. Conditions produce emergence. The work is never to push a system somewhere, but to remove what obstructs it and provide what nourishes it.
Patterns before problems
What looks like a problem is usually a pattern expressing itself. When the pattern is seen clearly, the problem often dissolves, or reveals itself as information.
Wholeness as method
Health, leadership, relationships, and purpose are not separate domains. They are one system viewed from different angles, and they respond to the same principles.
